Barangay Cabancalan was named one of Mandaue City's Cleanest Barangays for 2026, an annual recognition given by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office.
The award reflects months of consistent effort — not just on the formal cleanup drives, but the daily discipline of purok leaders, the Task Force Kalinisan, and residents who take segregation and drainage maintenance seriously.
A short ceremony at the Mandaue City Hall is scheduled for April. On behalf of the barangay council, thank you to every Cabancalanon who makes this community a place we can be proud of.
